The Wake of Simon Chesterfield

As a fitting start to our 2009 season, we will be presenting one of our most loved shows from 2008 - The Wake of Simon Chesterfield.

Simon Chesterfield has just died. But as his friends and family gather to mourn his passing, the secrets that he has kept in life will become revealed in death. The Wake is an improvised dark comedy that explores the fact that we never really know another person. The skeletons in the closet that we all possess, the double lives, the deception and the rare, awkward truth - this is the Wake.
